Terms of Service

Last Updated: 4 October 2026

The terms for using www.minrix.com and for requesting quotes from MinRix LLC. Every sale is governed by the firm quote and the signed contract.

// 01

1. Scope

These terms apply to the website www.minrix.com and to requests sent through it. MinRix sells to businesses only. The MinRix app has its own terms in the app, which follow the same principles. For each sale, the firm quote and the signed contract take precedence over these terms.

// 03

3. Information and prices on the website

Prices shown on the website are indicative, in USD per metric ton (MT), for information only — they are not an offer. Specifications come from the technical data sheets of each grade. Information can change without notice and may contain errors; the firm quote and the contract are binding, not the website.

// 04

4. Quotes and contracts

  • A request sent through the website is an invitation for a quote; it does not bind you or MinRix.
  • Our sales team sends a firm quote within 18 business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 Dubai time). A firm quote is valid for the period stated in it.
  • A sale is concluded only when a written contract is signed by you and MinRix LLC.
// 05

5. Payment

Payment terms and method are set in the firm quote and the signed contract: bank transfer or documentary letter of credit (L/C), always in favour of MinRix LLC and to the account named in the contract.

Payment safety: MinRix never changes its bank details by e-mail. If a message asks you to pay to a new or different account, do not pay — call us first on +971 58 693 3134.

// 06

6. Delivery, inspection and documents

  • Delivery terms follow the Incoterm agreed in the contract (e.g. FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, EXW); risk passes as that Incoterm defines.
  • Quality and quantity can be checked by an independent inspection company (e.g. SGS) and a certified laboratory, as agreed in the contract.
  • Each shipment comes with the documents agreed in the contract, normally commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of analysis and certificate of origin.
  • Delivery dates are those in the contract; MinRix is not liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control (force majeure).
// 07

7. Quality claims

Claims about quality or quantity must be made in writing, with the inspection report, within the period set in the contract. Industrial raw materials are not taken back unless they do not meet the agreed specification.

// 08

8. IoT devices and services

For IntelliSticker, MN-Cargo, MR800 and our consulting, market analysis and training services, scope, price and delivery are set in the quote and the contract. Technical data are those of the current datasheet.

// 09

9. Use of the website

Use the website and its forms only for genuine business enquiries. Automated mass requests, attempts to break into the website, and misuse of the forms are not allowed.

// 10

10. Intellectual property

Texts, images, data sheets, logos and design of this website belong to MinRix LLC or its licensors. You may use them to evaluate MinRix products; any other use needs our written permission.

// 11

11. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MinRix is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Liability for a sale is governed by the contract. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

// 12

12. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless the contract states otherwise.

// 13

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your request applies. Last updated: 4 October 2026.
